Backlog Blitz: Genesis, Week Three, "Bubsy-Wubsy"

Credit where it's due. The Sega Genesis has a much better library of games than the Sega Master System. Granted, this isn't hard. But still, it is an accomplishment of sorts. I suppose. Let's have a look at some decent games for once.

Beyond Oasis

So as far as I can tell, I'm either Ali Baba or Aladdin, and this is kind of like Link to the Past but with more realistic graphics and a wider range of basic attacks? It actually isn't too bad...

BioHazard Battle

I don't even 100% get what this is or what it's about but it is AWESOME. Like, it's a really fast-paced shmup with a weird biological art style and... Yeah. It's really good.

BioShip Paladin

Eh, after BioHazard Battle, this feels a bit slow and clunky. By no means is it bad! It's just a bit slower. Still well-executed.

Blaster Master 2

Wow. This is gorgeous. It's a pretty solid sequel to Blaster  Master, honestly. And...looks REALLY GOOD.

Bonanza Bros

This is like a really slow cover-based 2D puzzle shooter. I like it. Reminds me a lot of Not a Hero or similar modern games. Very good.

A mediocre knockoff of Sonic with mediocre graphics, solid controls, annoying music, and lame mascot. Eh.
